The Brazilian economy is on the rise, driven in large put by high consumer demand. This is reflected in the wine market where imports have increased 94 percent over the last five years. Exporting countries competitors to the United States have reduced their advance in the Brazilian market. In the past five years, the growth of U.S. wine exports to Brazil was larger than the average growth of all imported wines in containers of less than two liters. Opportunities abound for U.S. wine exports.
