Report Highlights: This report lists major export certificates required by the Chinese government for imports of food and agricultural products. This year’s major changes include the implementation of China’s 2015 Food Safety Law, and slight revisions to the Catalogue of Products under Decree 145. In addition, beginning January 12, 2015, China banned the importation of all poultry and pet birds from the entire United States. Changes regarding certificate requirements remain minimal.
